Monica Del Re
President & Founder
Monica Del Re has been providing insurance, financial, and retirement planning services to residents of Arizona and other states for over 35 years. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families make informed decisions, manage risk, and work toward long-term financial security.
Monica is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the National Ethics Association (NEA), and the Better Business Bureau (BBB), where she remains in excellent standing. She has also been a qualifying member of MDRT which is the premier association of Financial Professionals. Her professional background spans sales and service, operations, and leadership, including her role as an Agency Field Executive for a national firm, where she served as a Principal and held Series 6 and 26 securities licenses.
She holds a Bachelor of Business and Public Administration as well as a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Arizona, reflecting her strong commitment to both business expertise and client education.
Monica has owned and operated several successful insurance and financial services agencies and has also achieved the highest life and annuity production every year for more than three decades. She has also recruited, trained, and mentored numerous agents for a large national carrier, earning advanced recognition for highest team production company-wide.
Before entering the insurance and financial services industry, Monica built a meaningful career in law enforcement. In this role, she prepared investigative reports for the courts involving felony and misdemeanor cases and supervised individuals on probation and parole as they reintegrated into the community. This experience further shaped her strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and service to others.
Raised in her family’s retail business in Phoenix, Arizona, Monica developed a deep-rooted work ethic and a lifelong commitment to integrity, honesty, and family values, the principles that continue to guide her work with clients today.
